TO HEAT/COOL:
Ensure you stick with heating instructions on the labels and keep these instructions for further use. It is encouraged you keep them near your microwave. Do not overheat. Do not use in bedding. Stick to heating times to avoid burning wheat, possible burns or fire.
To Heat: Microwave for 1 minute & 30 seconds. Based on an 800 watt - 1000 watt microwave. Reheat as needed for 1 minute only. 
To Cool: Place in freezer in plastic for at least 2 hours.
